So here’s the skinny on the first day of the Volleyball England Level 3 coaching course from when I took it in 2013. The day started off with a discussion of coaching philosophy and the importance of developing one. That carried into looking at the types of skills and attributes required of and found in successful coaches.
The fourth day of the Volleyball England coaches Level 3 course featured discussions about physical development and condition, along with block and defense.
